Our delivery schedule runs on a six-week cycle. Depending on when you place your order, delivery may take anywhere from 2 to 8 weeks (or just a few days if the timing is perfect). If you need a piece by a specific date, please let us know as soon as possible.

We kindly ask that you do not request shipping updates. If we have an update, you will be the first to know. There are many variables involved in coordinating delivery, and we prefer not to set expectations we may be unable to meet.

Unfortunately, we can't share the shipper's contact information — and no, it's not because we're hiding him. You also don't need daily updates on where your piece is. Our driver is covering 8,000+ miles and making 60+ stops, and having dozens of clients calling or texting would turn his GPS into chaos.

Dispatch will reach out about five days before delivery with an arrival update. The driver will then contact you the day before or the day of delivery to coordinate the final details. If there are dates that won't work for you, just let us know ahead of time — we're happy to plan around that.

And finally (because it bears repeating): please don't ask for shipping updates. We promise — if there's news, you'll hear it first.

We do not have tracking. Amazon has spoiled us all.

We're a simple, hands-on company. Our team personally wraps and packs every piece in New Hampshire, loads it onto one truck, and that same truck travels across the country delivering your order. There are no warehouses, no scanners, and no barcodes involved.

Think of it like Santa on Christmas Eve — one sleigh, many stops, very special cargo. Your piece is one of a kind, not a package bouncing around a logistics maze.

And once more for the people in the back: PLEASE DO NOT ASK FOR SHIPPING UPDATES.

We completely understand that you're excited to receive your beautiful new vintage piece — we would be too! That said, you're not our only client. We serve 50+ customers every week, and if we had a shipping update to share, you would absolutely be the first to know.

There are a lot of moving parts in delivery, and we prefer not to set expectations that could shift earlier or later than planned.

If you purchased through Etsy, Chairish, or eBay, you'll receive an automatic email when your piece is picked up. If you purchased directly from us, we're happy to text you once it's been picked up. After that, please don't request shipping updates — there won't be any new information to share.

Sit tight, enjoy the anticipation, and trust that your piece is on its journey. 

We do our best to capture every important detail in our photos so you get the full picture. If you'd like additional photos, please let us know exactly what you're hoping to see that isn't shown in the current images.

Our warehouse lighting isn't great (we're honest about it), so we try to limit extra photos to avoid giving an inaccurate impression — especially when it comes to color. Color is notoriously hard to capture in that environment, and the most accurate way to judge tone and lighting is always in person.

Keep in mind that color will also vary slightly depending on where and how the piece is displayed in your home. But let's be real — walnut and teak look fantastic together no matter the shade.

While all of our pieces are pre-owned, we hold them to exceptionally high standards. Chairs are sturdy and sit just as they did when new. Beds are firm and do not wobble. Case pieces are carefully inspected, with any veneer loss addressed and hardware repaired or replaced as needed. Drawers and doors function properly, as they should. Unless otherwise noted, all pieces are structurally sound.

Every piece is restored and must pass the Mixed Modern standard before being offered for sale.
